1. What types of art commissions do you offer?- I offer full rendered Illustrations for your character, Icons, Book Cover illustrations, Game art, Portrait/ Icon and Character Reference Sheet.2. What is your turnaround time?
- i usually finished a fully rendered Illustrations for 2-3 weeks depending on the complexity. But if you have a hard deadline let say it's a birthday gift or a project that needs to be done fast, I'll do my best to make it work for you.3. What payment Method do you accept?- i accept Paypal, Wise, Gcash and you can also order Through my Artistree!4. Do you accept refunds?
- if we're still in the initial sketch and you wanted to refund that's totally okay with me.. but if i already gave you the fully rendered piece i will not allow refund as i already put a lot of work for the project, if there's any fixes you wanted for the illustration just let me know! ☺️5. What happens if i need revision?
- i don't mind revising the illustration as i want to make the best painting for you!6. What file format will i receive?
- i send the PNG file of the painting and also the PSD (only if you requested a copy)7.Can I use the artwork for commercial purposes?
- Yes you can!

Understanding Our Milestone-Based Payment PlansOur milestone-based payment plans make commissioning artwork more manageable by breaking down the total cost into installments tied to specific stages of the artistic process. This ensures transparency and allows you to see progress at each stage.How it Works:Each commission will have a payment plan tailored to its complexity. Generally, the plan will include these milestones:- Milestone 1: Initial Deposit (typically 30-50% of the total cost). This secures your commission slot and ensures your commitment. Work begins after we receive this deposit.- Milestone 2: Sketch/Line Art Approval. Once the sketch or line art is complete, you'll receive images for your approval. Upon your approval, the second installment is due.- Milestone 3: Final Artwork Delivery. After the final artwork is complete, you'll receive high-resolution images for your review. The final payment is due upon your approval. You will then receive the final files in the agreed-upon format.Example: For a $150 full-body commission, a possible three-installment plan might look like this:- Milestone 1: $50 (33%) deposit- Milestone 2: $50 (33%) upon line art approval- Milestone 3: $50 (34%) upon final artwork approvalImportant Considerations:Communication: We will keep you updated throughout the process and will contact you when each installment is due.Late Payments: A grace period of 7 days will be allowed for late payments. After this period, a late fee may be applied, and work may be paused until payment is received.Cancellation: Our cancellation policy is detailed in our Terms and Conditions. Generally, deposits are non-refundable, but we are happy to discuss options on a case-by-case basis.Contract: A contract outlining all the details of the payment plan will be provided before work commences.
